All rooms start at $500 a month, and are about 170 square feet. Most of the rooms measure about 12 x 14 feet, but some rooms are considerably bigger. Each room has windows, good doors for sound, nice carpet, well insulated walls for sound reduction, and a good amount of outlets for all your electronic connections.

We are the gateway street to Kalispell, Whitefish, Big Mtn Resort, Columbia Falls, Big Fork, Eureka, Hungry Horse, and the coolest national park in the US: Glacier National Park. Anyone going to these locations drives right by our beautiful office building. All the downtown restaurants and shopping are a few block walk North, but you don’t have to deal with the lack of parking for you or your clients.

You get a gross term lease. No triple net leases here. We are easy to work with and want your stay with us to be as great and simple as possible. You lease your room, you’re move in ready. There’s no additional fees or common area maintenance charges.

Best Montana Executive Office Suite Service:

  • For $10 a month extra we will take your mail and scan it to you or forward it to you as often as you’d like. This is a huge benefit to our tenants that might want to work in MT, but not be here during the winter, or you might want a presence here, but need to travel.
    • We charge $15 per service. You decide what you want and how often you want it.
    • We will:
      • Open your mail and scan it to your email
      • Stuff your mail in an envelope and mail it to wherever you are
      • Basically you can completely customize how you want your mail delivered and it only costs $15. This is billed with your normal monthly rent.

Should you decide to move out, but want to maintain your address here, you can use our Montana Virtual Office Services to maintain your business presence here in Kalispell Montana.
